Responsibilities:
- Lead the Team: Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring service excellence.
- Customer Service: Greet guests, maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere, and handle any complaints.
- Stay on Budget: Maintain cost controls, track sales, manage inventory, and work with the GM on pricing and promotions.
- Financials: Analyze revenue, control costs, and meet sales goals. Keep tabs on labor and beverage costs.
- Staffing & Scheduling: Oversee payroll, create schedules, and keep staff motivated.
- Event Coordination: Work with the GM and Chef to update menus, run special events, and improve service.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
- Education: High school diploma required; Hospitality degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Certifications: Alcoholic beverage and food safety certifications.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be willing to work weekends and nights.
