We are seeking an outgoing dental administrator with top-notch sales and customer service experience to join our team! As a Dental administrator, you will provide excellent care that makes our clients feel like family. You will be the first point of contact for all patients and serve as a liaison between the patient and the office to ensure the best possible patient experience. Required
High school diploma
Minimum of 3 years of dental front desk experience
Minimum of 3 years of customer service
Minimum of 3 years of sales
Excellent communication (oral & written)
Ability to work in a team environment successfully
Type min 40wpm
Administration experience in a medial or dental setting strongly recommended
Responsibilities
Using data to do analytical tasks and charting tasks related to patient information
Communicating with patients about their status and condition through emails, phone, and face-to-face conversations
Managing patient accounts with contact information, insurance, and financial information in a confidential manner
