We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Assistant/Administrator. The Project Assistant will have a wide array of responsibilities and will be facilitating, managing and supporting a range of business and construction processes, systems and communications.

The Project Administrator reports to the President & Project Executive.
Essential Duties:
- Assist President with project schedules, durations and logistics plans
- Provide administrative support to the estimators and project managers
- Maintain project online database and server
- Downloading new bids, creating folders & time sensitive deadlines, keeping up with addendums and required paperwork
- Process and follow up on work orders
- Request submittal packages from manufacturers, put together complete submittal packages including shop drawings. Follow up to assure full, completely approved submittals before project enters production stage.
- Processing change orders, closeout and other required documentation for client
- Prepare pre-production package, (approved submittals, scheduling diagrams, current drawings, safety package, etc.) for Field PM/Superintendent prior to production.
Education/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bluebeam experience preferred
- 2 years’ experience in construction preferred
- Possesses superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in paperwork
- Has previous experience in customer service and strong communication skills
- Experience using Sage 100 Contractor or similar

- Monday to Friday 7:30-4:00
Pay will be based on experience, please included salary range with response.
