Production Administrator

RoofingSource is looking for individuals who will focus on “exceeding our customers’ expectations” and who will represent our mission of "Maintaining Excellence". RoofingSource is seeking a Production Administrator that is ambitious, motivated, and committed to being a part of our quick-growing, fast-paced company. The individual must be able to build relationships with Field and HQ employees and possess strong administrative, critical thinking, and organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask. The individual will work closely with a defined group of Foreman, RoofPartners, the Superintendent, the Quality Control Manager, the Director of Operations, their fellow Project Managers, and other teammates to maximize customer and employee satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating, preparing, and submitting permit requests.
• Scheduling with various governmental agencies i.e. arranties, building departments, etc.
• Processing and storing documents such as COIs, and maintaining said database
• Creating and distributing the appropriate Emergency Action Plans (EAP) and Fall Protection Plans (FPP) to all Production Crews and RoofPartners
• Sourcing and comparing pricing for material needed at a nationwide level.
• Booking hotels nationwide for all Production Crews
• Collaborating with the Warehouse team to assure the accuracy of material inventory in stock and avoid duplicitous orders
• Management of Safety checklists/Audits
• Managing Spreadsheets
• Permit Tracker Spreadsheet
• Recalls after repairs and re roofs spreadsheet
• Helping Source Team Members Inventory

Experience and Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in a high-volume construction or industrial environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is not a need but definitely a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Ability to prioritize and multitask successfully in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

The Production Administrator’s salary ($45,000 - $60,000) varies depending on a candidate’s professional experience.

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods talking on the phone using a handset or wireless headset.
• The workplace is located on the second floor and requires walking up and down stairs.
• Long periods of sitting are often required for this office-based position.
