🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections across multiple office park properties.
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and minor electrical.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger repairs or specialized service.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and report potential issues before they become problems.
- Respond promptly to service requests from property managers and tenants.
- Assist with properties upkeep including general curb appeal, common areas, restrooms, walkways and parking lots.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of hands-on building maintenance or facilities technician experience.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (travel between sites required).
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
