Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, particularly within a fine dining setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience at our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.
• Manage inventory of bar supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events when required.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending, preferably in a fine dining or upscale environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage recipes is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently when needed.

Pay: From $20.51 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

• 8 hour shift
