Job Summary:
RCI is seeking a general laborer to be responsible for various manufacturing tasks as required.
Job Responsibilities:
Willing to work in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Loading and unloading steel from plasma tables and laser.
- Die change overs on steel rolling equipment.
- Prepare steel for fabrication with use of hand grinders and deburring tools.
- Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor.
- Maintain a clean working environment: Pick up all tools and equipment each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.
- Material handling using fork trucks and hand carts
Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.

Knowledge/Experience Required:
- Operation of Hi-Lo/SkyTrack
- Be able to lift more than 50 lbs
- Basic knowledge of painting practices in a manufacturing setting
- Understanding of material flow
- Ability to read blueprint and BOM
- ERP System
