We’re Hiring: Executive Development Coordinator
Pasadena, CA | Full-Time | In-Office | $25–$30/hour
The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center (RBAC) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Development Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our fundraising efforts, donor relationships, and Board of Directors operations while also providing limited executive support to our Executive Director.

What you'll Do
Support Fundraising & Donor Relations (40–45%)
- Prepare and send donor acknowledgments and tax letters
- Draft personalized thank-you and stewardship communications
- Support donor follow-up and relationship management
- Assist with donor recognition and special development initiatives
Provide Administrative & Operational Support (30%)
- Manage and maintain DonorPerfect CRM records and reports
- Prepare and track purchase orders
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Support the Development and Communications team with projects
- Manage in-kind donations from solicitation through receipt
- Assist with board-related communications and administration
Coordinate Events & Meetings (15%)
- Provide logistical and administrative support for fundraising events and meetings
- Prepare materials and support virtual or on-site coordination
- Assist with post-event documentation and follow-up
Support the Executive Director & Board (10–15%, Variable)
- Coordinate Board of Directors meetings (scheduling, agendas, materials, food/beverage)
- Maintain board giving and participation records
- Track progress toward board giving goals
- Serve as a professional liaison with board members and stakeholders
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional judgment and discretion
- Comfort working with donors, board members, and senior leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM systems (DonorPerfect preferred)
- Prior nonprofit, fundraising, executive support, or administrative experience preferred
Working Conditions & Compensation
- Full-Time, Non-Exempt
- Occasional evening/weekend hours may be required
- $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
