Job Description
***Only qualified Financial Reporting Consultant candidates located near the Charlotte, NC area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required
Required Qualifications:
• At least 5 to 7 years of financial reporting experience
• SEC reporting experience
• CPA
• Experience working in large bank
Responsibilities:
• Prepare month-end financial statements and analysis files in advance of month-end and update during the close process
• Perform flux analysis as it relates to month-end variances across the balance sheet and income statement
• Perform documentation of end user computing tools and updates to procedures
• Perform preparation and tie-out of sections of SEC Filings (8-K, 10-Q, 10-Q)
