Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent customer service skills

Overview:

• This is a short-term assignment supporting front office operations in a clinical setting. The role involves greeting patients, directing them appropriately, and handling necessary documentation. The assignment may be extended but is expected to end by October 31, 2025.

Job Summary:

• The position involves assisting patients as they arrive, managing paperwork, and providing clear directions within the clinic or assigned facilities. Candidates should be professional, organized, and capable of supporting a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet patients upon arrival
• Provide and collect required documents
• Direct patients to appropriate staff or locations
• Copy, sort, and organize documents
• Support daily clinic operations as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Expected Shift:

• Day shift - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Some clinics operate Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday scheduling

Travel:

• Yes
• Percentage of Travel - 10%

Travel Details:

• May be assigned to two buildings within a service area
• Each worker will have a designated home location
• Same-day movement between locations is avoided unless necessary

Parking Situation:

• Business casual – Clean, pressed, office-appropriate clothing with closed-toe, clean shoes
