- 5 to 10 years of experience working in SAP and on SAP projects with demonstrated test leadership experience
- Retail experience
- Experience leading projects moving from SAP ECC to SAP S4 preferred
- Experience leading SAP implementations
- Knowledge of SAP including SD MD Finance and BW
- Experience leading projects with integration to package solutions including POS Web OMS Financial and Data Warehouse systems
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies including Waterfall Iterative and Agile
- Experience leading projects with multiple teams and integration across multiple applications including Omni channel Warehouse Management and Reporting applications
- Experience delivering testing services in an onshore offshore model
- Strong experience with HP ALM JIRA or other test and defect management tools

Responsibilities
- Lead testing activities on large enterprise projects or multiple smaller projects including delivery of test strategy test plan and test status
- Assist in onboarding testers
- Lead projects through a standard software testing methodology including test planning test scope identification test case development test execution and defect management
- Oversee projects to ensure work is scheduled based on priorities risks and team strengths and assist with assignment of resources
- Demonstrate leadership accountability for testing on assigned projects
- Exhibit confident and tactful oral communication with peers and IT leaders
- Develop and deliver formal written communication to IT and business leaders with support from the QA Manager
- Deliver day to day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail
- Independently drive issues to closure escalating to leadership as needed
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions when appropriate
- Apply a systematic approach to data gathering and analysis to support fact based decision making
- Successfully multitask across project and non project assignments delivering on time with priority direction from the QA Manager
- Build and manage User Acceptance Testing
