Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Rose Legal. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling workers' compensation cases, providing legal advice, conducting research, and negotiating settlements on behalf of injured workers. The role also involves representing clients in hearings and court proceedings related to their workers' compensation claims.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of workers' compensation law (we teach)
- Strong legal research skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Ability to provide sound legal advice
- Experience representing clients in hearings and court proceedings benficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active Utah bar membership
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $86,757.00 - $95,327.00 per year
