Rose Senior Living Beachwood is recruiting for a hospitality focused Resident Services Coordinator to join our team!
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Resident Services Coordinator:
- Coordinates and schedules direct care staff members.
- Ensures adequate staffing coverage for community, calls out and maintains shift coverage to community requirements.
- Oversees and monitors quality care is being performed to community residents by direct care staff.
- Responsible for maintaining relationship with resident families to ensure quality care is received.
- Tracks attendance of direct care staff.
- Offers in-service and training as needed to direct care staff.
- Approves bi-weekly timecard process for payroll.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High School Education.
- Management position in related healthcare environment.
- Scheduling experience preferred.
Hours: 8:45am-5:30pm, schedule may change to meet the needs of the community. On call position.
Pay Range : $24.00 - $28.00 per hour.
Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
