Responsibilities:
- Clean all public areas and resident rooms to CBRF standards
- Dust all surfaces in public areas and resident rooms
- Wipe down of all surfaces with cleaner as well as items of décor
- Dust all wood surfaces, including parts of chairs and tables, windowsills, and frames
- Wash windows, cabinets, miscellaneous furniture, etc.
- Vacuum all public areas and resident rooms
- Sweep and mop public areas, laundry room, housekeeping room, and resident rooms.
- Carpet cleaning and shampooing
- Clean all furniture in public areas.
- Clean outside areas, smoking areas, & empty garbage cans
- Report any maintenance or other concerns
- Clean and help out as directed by management
- Help clean up in the kitchen when needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 35 per week
