POSITION SUMMARY
The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will receive and verify all incoming and outgoing ground shipments and loads/unloads all shipping and receiving items. They will organize warehouse inventory and distributes among the Rosenbauer campus accordingly. Also, they will operate and maneuver a forklift in order to complete all Materials department tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer.
- Receives and verifies all incoming and outgoing ground shipments and loads/unloads all shipping and receiving items.
- Organizes warehouse inventory and distributes among the Rosenbauer campus accordingly.
- Operates and maneuvers a forklift in order to complete all Materials department tasks.
- Creates commercial documents for imports and exports.
- Verifies all shipments through documentation and inspects any incoming deliveries for damages.
- Answers phone calls from other departments to maintain strong communication through shipping and receiving processes.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the company.
