Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) to join our dynamic clinical team. The LGPC will provide individual, group, and family therapy services under the supervision of an LCPC in a supportive, team-based environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping others, trauma-informed, and eager to grow professionally within a community-based model of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
- Deliver therapeutic services to clients with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and agency standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff including clinical supervisors, case managers, and CRNPs.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and staff development activities.
- Provide services in-person or via telehealth, as applicable.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field.
- Active Maryland LGPC license in good standing.
- Experience working with adults, children, or families in outpatient mental health settings.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, and DSM-5 diagnoses.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR); ICANotes experience a plus.
