Career Advisors-(may work with Youth /Adults) Duties include recruitment, eligibility determination, workshop presentations, developing resources, conducting assessments, and case management. Program is very customer driven with performance outcomes and goals. Being able to follow WIOA policies and local procedures. Develops employment training plans leading to successful employment. Conducts orientation and workshops and keeps accurate case notes. Must be energetic and have a positive, customer service driven, attitude. BA/BS degree preferred but work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
