Entry Level Wireless Tower Technician

This role is responsible for assisting in excavation, rebar tying, concrete forming, and pouring while ensuring project safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. This position requires regular travel throughout the Midwest, with hotel accommodations and per diem provided. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform civil construction tasks, including excavation, rebar tying, concrete forming, and pouring.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on existing tower infrastructure using hand or power tools.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain compliance with OSHA and company guidelines.
• Travel throughout the Midwest to assess and maintain wireless infrastructure.
• Work in outdoor environments under varied weather conditions.
• Be available for evening, weekend, and rotational on-call assignments as needed.
• Join a team of technicians and laborers, ensuring project timelines are met efficiently.
• Communicate effectively and receive direction from civil foreman(s).
• Perform equipment maintenance and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or field preferred but not required - we provide training
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass drug test, background check, and physical exam
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and other regulatory requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Must be willing to travel 75% of time if needed (gone a week at a time)
