We have an excellent opportunity available for a Customer Care Supervisor in our Arizona Call Center. This position will have hours from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm and will offer an hourly rate of $24.00-$26.00, depending on experience. There is also the potential for a weekly bonus, depending on the company's performance. One weekend day shift is required.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and train commercial account representatives while fostering a positive culture of performance and continuous improvement
- Cultivate and solidify relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care
- Deliver high quality and efficient service to commercial customers through day-to-day account management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and changing priorities along with excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to accuracy
- Managing day to day operation of commercial customers and vendor contracts
- Managing customer interaction and escalations to appropriate conclusion.
- Obtain key information from the customer while showing empathy, a sense of urgency, and confidence that we will solve their plumbing troubles.
- Discuss additional services and products we have available.
Requirements include:
- Prior supervisory experience in a call center environment required
- Display a drive to learn and understand evolving technologies, services and products
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage staff.
- Strong Relationship/Team building and people management skills
- Ability to manage customer interaction and escalations to appropriate conclusion
- Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and thrives in a bustling environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- AS400 knowledge preferred
