About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in that mission by helping enterprise clients understand how our innovative health and wellness products and services can meet their unique needs.

This is more than just a pre-sales role — it’s about listening deeply, designing creatively, and presenting compelling, solution-driven proposals that align our offerings with the needs of clients across industries. You’ll partner closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to bring our vision to life for enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with enterprise sales teams to lead solutioning efforts across the sales lifecycle — from initial discovery to deal closure.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in RoundGlass Living’s health & well-being product ecosystem and technical architecture.
• Craft and present compelling proposals and responses to RFPs, ensuring alignment with client goals and strategic fit.
• Create clear, persuasive value propositions and upsell opportunities tailored to client pain points and industry needs.
• Lead solution design discussions, outlining technical and business architecture with product and engineering teams.
• Guide customers through product demonstrations, pilot projects, and early implementation discussions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify product gaps and opportunities based on market feedback and sales interactions.
• Build tools such as ROI models and technical architecture maps to help clients visualize value and impact.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the competitive landscape and articulate how RoundGlass differentiates itself.
• Coach and mentor internal sales teams to elevate product knowledge and technical acumen.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 15 years in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architecture — preferably in SaaS, HealthTech, or Cloud platforms. You’ve worked closely with CXO-level clients and led enterprise deals.
• Strategic & Creative: You see the big picture, think cross-functionally, and can architect solutions that drive real outcomes.
• Customer-Centric: You actively listen, ask the right questions, and co-create solutions that resonate with client needs.
• Collaborative: You work well with diverse teams — from engineers and product managers to enterprise sellers and external partners.
• Articulate & Persuasive: You’re skilled at presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, and can build trust quickly.
• Driven: You have a proactive, go-getter mindset with a passion for wellness, innovation, and solving meaningful problems.
• Adaptable: You're comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment with shifting priorities and big ambitions.

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position starts at $90K plus full benefits to start. Rapid promotion with performance pay increases and responsibility will come quickly to the right individual. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service. Some benefits are not applicable for Part-Time Employment & outside of the United States
