We're searching for a detail-oriented and handy individual to be the caretaker for Heritage Town Center in Pataskala; corner of Hazel-Etna & Emswiler Way. The position would be 2 days a week.

This isn't just about maintenance; it's about making and keeping the plaza in pristine condition. You'll be responsible for:

• Immaculate Landscaping: Keeping our grounds looking sharp and beautiful.
• Plaza Appearance: Your keen eye will ensure every detail of the plaza reflects quality. If it's not perfect, you'll make it so! Heck, paint things that don’t need painted!
• Community Liaison: You'll be our friendly face, building relationships with our valued businesses, local vendors and the government.
  
  

Skills - Other Than Loving When Things Look Great.

• Good at lower-level general maintenance, e.g. fix an outlet, caulk a window, sweat a leaky pipe, paint, etc.
• Great at lawn maintenance. Not plowing.
• Friendly communications style.
