What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Roundtable construction?
Looking for a office manager for 8-1 Mon-Wed-Thur. Will do invoicing for construction job estimates, will use quickbooks for estimates and job bidding, will send quickbooks payments to customers, will take calls for apts for estimates, will use facebook and instagram to post videos and photos of jobs we are currently doing, Will place orders for materials for customers and make sure they get picked up by our staff or delivered by the companies we use. Must have a car transportation and be willing to learn more as our business expands.
