You’ll join our local US Team at our office in Denver, Colorado. Under the supervision of the Central Region Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies aligned with the overall brand strategy to attain or exceed sales goals and ensure market growth. You’ll be expected to maintain strong relationships with our key food service customers in the US to best execute plans that deliver objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Central Region Business Manager to develop sales in the territory for existing and new accounts, with a focus on the food service segment.
  • Engage with Foodservice Users and Distributors to develop sales, utilizing menu and culinary menu optimization.
  • Assist sales team by identifying opportunities, generating interest, qualifying prospects, educating, promoting awareness, and developing new sales leads.
  • Handle sales leads and inquires in a timely manner / Follow-up with new clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain good knowledge of the products and actively participate in product training.
  • Look for ways to stay ahead of the curve on trending items, applications, and concepts.
  • Work cooperatively with the team to support a team-selling environment.
  • Take part in the organization and attend national/regional shows and local distributor shows.
  • Provide insights on your area and participate in developing the brand strategy in North America.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, sales, business development or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales position, ideally in the Food & Beverage sector.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Fast learner and a proactive worker with ability to adapt in fluidity.
  • Ability to work independently & with a team.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.
  • Make decisions based on ROI with asset and time allocation.
  • Interest in the Food & Beverage industry.
