- Review resumes and employment applications
- Conduct and coordinate interviews
- Provide detailed candidate feedback
- Offers and Onboarding
- Coordinate university recruiting initiatives
- Career fair coordination
- Interview scheduling
- Data analysis
- Resume and application review
- Applicant screening
- Maintain status of candidates within internal systems
- Timely candidate communication
- Manage university recruiting platforms
- Audit, analyze and benchmarking of recruiting metrics
- Prepare reports of data results, present and explain results
- Develop training content
- Attend career fairs as needed to recruit candidates and increase company brand recognition.
- Provide support to HR Team on a variety of functions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related major.
- 3 year in full life cycle recruiting (engineering recruiting experience preferred)
- Knowledge of basic Human Resources functions.
- Willingness to undertake assignments involving unfamiliar subjects, with the aptitude to learn quickly.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in collecting, analyzing, organizing and reporting information.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong team collaboration.
- Highly motivated to work independently and productively.
- Knowledge of iCIMS ATS is desirable.
