About Rowe Casa Organics:
Rowe Casa was founded in 2017 with the purpose of creating truly natural products made with only the highest quality ingredients. From its beginnings making Elderberry Syrup in a kitchen, Rowe Casa now has a product line of close to 300 products sold worldwide and employs a staff of over 200 employees.
About the Position:
Rowe Casa is looking to add to our overnight shift production team! As a member of the production team, you will play an important role in the creation of Rowe Casa products. Production is the heartbeat of Rowe Casa and is where the majority of our products are made. This position is a full-time position and will include a shift differential. Scheduled hours are Monday – Friday 10:30pm-7:30am. This position is located in New Boston, TX and will report directly to the overnight Production Supervisor.
Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Follow product recipes and processes
- Complete (with training) understanding and knowledge of each product and the proper manufacturing process

- Highly organized, accountable, and self-motivated
- Able to meet key deadlines

- High attention to detail
- Good attitude and a team player
Qualifications:
- Understand weight & fill measurements and recipes
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred
- Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Able to lift 50lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in natural and organic product industry
