OUTPATIENT COUNSELOR - CARLISLE OFFICE

Roxbury is proud to offer a unique opportunity to a skilled individual to be a part of regenerating the Outpatient Substance Use Program. A successful candidate will be a compassionate individual who will put their client's treatment first, efficiently prioritize/time manage, and effectively offer therapy at the Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care.

Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in Psychology or other related fields which includes a practicum in health or human service agency.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintaining caseload per State Regulations.
• Ensure completion of all required paperwork (i.e. psychosocial summary, treatment plan, progress notes etcetera) as outlined by regulation both accurately and timely.
• Provides evidence-based and other approved counseling techniques and interventions to facilitate client success.
• Offer assessment, individual, and group sessions.
• Provides appropriate interventions to facilitate the engagement of non-compliant patients.

Roxbury’s outpatient program specializes in treating substance use disorders while using an integrated treatment approach for individuals with co-occurring mental health needs. We provide assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and intensive outpatient treatment.
