Royal Apparel is growing! We are seeking a reliable team player to provide administrative tasks for our company by conducting tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Candidate must be flexible and adaptable to changing duties and responsibilities on a daily basis. Strong communication skills are necessary.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include:
- Data entry and manipulation of data using MS Excel
- Perform data entry at a high level, as candidate will be responsible for PO confirmation and sample requests, as well as updating product info and excel sheets
- Role requires candidate to perform many tasks in a specific order, in a specific way, and to double check their work
- Candidate will spend about 75% of their time in an office environment (Admin tasks) and the rest of their time on the warehouse floor
- Minor lifting (Up to 20 lbs)
- Daily follow-up with both internal and external partners to ensure all opportunities, projects, and orders remain on time
- Process paperwork and reconciliation for orders checking for accuracy
- Ensure and maintain Inventory levels
- Misc. admin tasks.
Administrative Assistant Skills/Experience required:
- Microsoft Excel is a MUST.
- Accuracy / Attention to detail is a MUST
- Good with Math and able to reconcile various information (Bookkeeping skills a plus)
- Work independently, as well as with a team
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized
- Must be able to follow multi step processes with variables
- Must be able to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines
- Must be a team player

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
