Annual Salary: $94,432.00 - $108,597.00 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)   Description:  As a Business Banking Officer, you’ll support our business members by offering a variety of business lending and cash management solutions, assisting them in their start-up and working alongside them to support their growth.  Strong communication skills, a high level of initiative, positive attitude and an ability to work both independently and within a team are all important.  We are seeking an individual who is passionate about serving our Members, capable of thriving in a high volume environment and confident in their ability to make sound lending decisions in a fast paced setting.  We are looking for a self-driven individual who enjoys engaging in the community, is motivated to look for creative ways to assist a wide variety of business owners and has experience delivering cash management solutions. Candidates for the Business Banking Officer position at Royal must have a desire to grow both personally and professionally!  There will be an abundant amount of opportunity to grow in this role - the sky is the limit!    Required Education/Experience/Skills:  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field or equivalent business lending work experience Minimum of two (2) years of Business Lending experience or equivalent work experience. Involvement in our communities served through active participation in organizations which cater to small business owners. Manage all aspects of assigned loan portfolio; participate in overall credit/risk management, portfolio management and servicing needs. This includes new requests, renewals, preliminary collection activity and other servicing requests as presented. Responsible for providing exceptional member experience while offering Royal Credit Union’s full suite of Cash Management solutions. Analyze member need, recommend, deliver and implement Cash Management services following the close of sale through initial product usage with the goal of deepening Business Member relationships and increasing product usage. Active involvement in communities served through participation in Royal sponsored events, volunteering in community organizations, connecting with community leaders and COI’s and engaging with Royal’s branch network to build referrals. Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture Preferred Education/Experience/Skills: Previous Treasury / Cash Management experience.
