OVERVIEW

Be able to manage various properties and maintain strong relationships with owners. Primary responsibilities include regular communication and updating of internal records, completing administrative tasks, handling guest compensation and discount requests with owners, and expertise in revenue and rate management for home rental marketing. The ideal candidate should have previous property management experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work both independently and also as a proficient and reliable team member. This position requires an individual who can multitask and prioritize effectively.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned properties and homeowners

· Routinely oversee the repair or replacement needs of a home and execute resolution through approved vendors or internal resources

· Investigate guest violations or complaints, and communicate all issues to the supervisor so that they can be resolved in accordance with regulations established in the guest rental agreement

· Investigate owner/guest complaints regarding malfunctions relating to furnished household appliances or goods, and inspect vacated units following guest departure to determine needed repairs or maintenance; creates service orders

· Maintain high customer service standards and respond clearly and in a timely manner to guest’s requests and complaints as it relates to the property

· Work in concert with operations and the home care team to monitor cleanliness and maintenance

· Perform other related duties and assignments as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent telephone skills and note taking abilities

· Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

· Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

· Effective interaction with all levels of employees and external contacts

· Work well under pressure, exercise good judgment in stressful situations in a mature, professional manner

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Proficient Computer Skills Including: Internet, E-mail, (MS Outlook), Smartphone Apps, MS Excel, and MS Word

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

· Ability to comprehend and compose complex instructions and correspondence

· Ability to effectively present information to clients, management, and employees of the organization

REASONING ABILITY:

Must have significant skills in order to solve a variety of complex problems and deal with variables in situations where limited standardization exists; Must have an ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished orally or in writing.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, speak, and listen. The employee frequently is required to drive to visit properties often with multiple flights of stairs. Inspecting the homes may require light lifting, moving items within the home and occasional cleaning under certain time restraints. Housekeeping prep will require lifting, minimal hauling and bending. Must be able to perform other related physical duties as assigned and required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This job is primarily performed in an office environment with a moderate to heavy noise level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently inspect inside and outside areas of the property location and may be exposed to on-going construction and various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
