Job Description:
Join our agency as a Staff LPN working in long-term care/ rehabilitation centers (SNFs) - Immediate opening available. Scheduling, up to 40 hours per week primarily Thursday through Monday .
- $45.00 and $35.00 /hr for LPNs
LPN/RN will work with skilled nursing facilities in the following Cape Cod region including - Buzzards Bay and Falmouth, MA locations

Requirements:
- Must possess LPN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- 6 months Long-term care (nursing home) experience needed.
- Must be willing to work in multiple locations based on client needs.
