ROYAL WESTERLY IS HIRING RNs
$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Hiring both full-time and part-time
ABOUT US:
Royal Health Group is a family-owned business dedicated to providing the highest standards of personal care for our residents in our skilled nursing facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and providers.
- Direct nursing assistants to ensure quality care is always provided.
- Perform routine charting duties and documentation procedures.
- Meet with staff in planning shifts services and programs.
- Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
- Complete assessments, care plans, treatments, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge and the ability to assess the effects of medications and treatments and monitor these effects to provide appropriate feedback to the interdisciplinary team and medical managers.
- Knowledge of resident rights and ability to apply this knowledge to protect and treat residents, staff, and the community.
- Must hold a current RN license for the state of Rhode Island.
- Ability to assess and diagnose health care needs of residents.
- Prior long-term care experience preferred, not required.
- Ability to communicate plans to all care providers.
