Position Overview:

As an Automotive Sales Manager at Royal Moore, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team to new heights. We are seeking a dynamic leader who can motivate, inspire, and empower our sales associates to surpass sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work hard and have compensation to match ($250K ).

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed sales targets. 

- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring a positive buying experience for customers.

- Coaching and Development: Train, coach, and mentor sales associates to enhance their skills and performance.  

- Inventory Management: Manage inventory and pricing strategies to optimize sales and inventory turnover.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.

- Motivational Skills: Strong leadership and motivational abilities.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools, with a willingness to learn new programs.

- Results-Driven: A track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.

- Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive trends and technology.

- Valid Driver's License.
