What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Royal Pools and Spas?
Royal Pools and Spas is looking for experienced Customer Service Representative) for an extremely busy environment. Computer skills a must. Pool industry knowledge is a plus, but not required. Sales experience is a plus. Work will be mostly phone oriented, but there will be some face-to-face interaction, so a neat clean appearance is required. Responsible for Customer Service and working with our field technicians to ensure the expectations of our customers are met as well as issuing and completion of work orders, job scheduling and job follow up. This is a Full-Time seasonal position at our New Hampton, NY location just outside of Middletown near Route 17M & Route 84.
Off Season Hours Monday-Friday 9 to 5. Estimated In Season Hours Monday-Saturday 8am to 6pm - Overtime paid after 40 hours.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
