What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Royal Restoration?
Responsibilities:
Manage the DASH account and provide weekly reports.
Archive hard-copy and electronic documents.
Accept jobs via phone calls or Third Party Administrators (TPAs).
Coordinate jobs with customers and within the company staff.
Communicate effectively with customers.
Dispatch crews to their assigned jobs.
Check time sensitive tasks/milestones by program guidelines for ongoing assignments and notate files and follow up with Project Managers.
Assist project managers as requested.
Establish and maintain communication with insurance companies and TPAs through XA platform or phone calls.
Notate XactAnalysis assignment as projects in progress and upload documents
Operates TPAs and Contractor Connections, such as LionsBridge, Handdii, Accuserve, Westhill, and CORE.
Answer company phone calls in a professional manner.
Report to office manager.
Stay updated on all office related communication through the provided company email box.
Schedule appointments for the PM and create each appointment in the company calendar.
Assist Project managers as requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
