As a Life Enrichment Associate (Activities Assistant), you’re responsible for enhancing the lives and well-being of our Assisted Living residents by providing an engaging and stimulating program that meets their physical, social, and emotional needs.

What Cascade Living and Royalton Place look for in a Life Enrichmet Associate/Community Driver:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must possess current CPR/AED certification and current Food Handlers or ServeSafe certification

• Experience working in activities preferred

• Compassionate individuals who will represent out community in a positive and professional manner

• Energetic self starter to help plan, organize, and lead daily activities

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred

• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time

• Compassionate individuals with a positive attitude, willing to offer physical assistance as needed

• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a Life Enrichment Associate/Community Driver:

• Work with the Life Enrichment Director to develop an activity calendar and monthly newsletter

• Responsible for monthly community decorating for events and holidays

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff

• Enhance the well-being of residents by providing an engaging and stimulating program that meets their physical, social, and emotional needs.

• Encourage and keep record of participation.

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff

• Is subject to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts

• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

Job Type:

• Full Time

• Monday - Thursday

• 9am - 5pm
