RPh on the Go has an immediate opening for a healthcare account executive in our Oldsmar office. This is your chance to join the national leader in pharmacy staffing. This position is a true full-cycle, sales, and candidate sourcing opportunity. It's way more than a job. It's a career opportunity.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Self-Motivated and independently manage the hiring and sourcing of skilled and sought-after healthcare professionals; while, simultaneously being able to provide solutions to your client’s urgent and critical staffing shortages.
· Discipline planning and dedication to high activity standards and placement targets.
· Competitively negotiate placements between hospital decision-makers and the healthcare professionals you help place.
· Create and maintain relationships with your healthcare professionals and the pharmacies you will be working with.
· Provide excellent customer service.
· This is an in-office position.
