What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Parking Lot Cleaner/Sweeper Operator/Janitorial Maintenance Tech position at RPM Services?
RPM Facility Services is looking for a 3rd shift over night Cleaning & Janitorial / street Sweeper Operator for this area. The non cdl driver route will consist of commercial shopping centers and retail centers. The route will involve 5-12 stops and includes emptying trash cans, blowing off walk areas, picking up trash on property and sweeping/cleaning the parking areas. This driver position is expected to deliver great results for our clients. The truck driver positions requires the ability to navigate traffic with company truck, be organized and able to log in-out of phone app, alert driving senses, ability to get in and out of truck multiple times a night, and maintain a clean truck. RPM Facility provides weekly pay, bonuses, along with other competitive pay compensation.
