Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to 3-4 Executive Front Office personnel.
• Book domestic and international travel.
• Manage multiple calendars, and create and track agendas.
• Manage communications inside and outside of the customer organizations for event confirmations, travel itineraries, and other needs.
• Communicate effectively with executive level staff, using excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Using superior time management skills, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities for the Front Office team.
• Maintain professionalism, productively and poise in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage a deep understanding of the customer space and proper interactions with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
