Critical Job Functions: Develop territory growth strategy to include growth within existing customers and new prospects Daily travel throughout assigned territory to conduct customer meetings Negotiate pricing with customers and work collaboratively with pricing department to finalize Maintain contact with key accounts and new customers to ensure we are exceeding service levels and high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor customer trends and operating performance, identify opportunities, develop strategy, and proactively communicate with service center personnel and customer Achieve territory sales targets to include revenue growth, operating performance, and key activity metrics Ensure all key customer information is captured in CRM tool to include all customer contacts, current level of business and account strategy Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related work experience 2 years in B2B (Business to Business) sales or equivalent Competitive nature with a hunter mentality and a strong desire to win Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM system Local travel 80% with some flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Roadrunner is building something special with great people, a winning culture and a differentiated service offering in the marketplace.
