Systems Engineer

Job Description Summary: We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer. The ideal candidate loves technology and always looks to improve. They should enjoy working with infrastructure, automation, and security. The Systems Engineer will plan, implement, and support our information systems. They will be an expert in cloud, storage, server virtualization, compute, and disaster recovery. Key Responsibilities: Provide support and expertise to the Systems Engineering Team. Develop and improve system deployment and maintenance practices. Analyze and improve current processes and standards. Ensure system performance and reliability. Solve problems before they impact business productivity. Be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation to handle technical issues. Work with Infrastructure Teams to design secure technologies. Create and deploy tools to automate and streamline operations. Monitor and maintain all cloud and on-site infrastructure. Handle advanced infrastructure requests and incidents. Job Requirements: 7 years of experience in similar roles. Expert in Windows Server, Linux, and Azure Cloud. Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows RDS, VDI solutions, PowerShell, and storage platforms (SANs). Experience with VMware. Positive attitude towards customer support. Ability to multitask and work independently. Excellent communication skills. Good time management and organization skills. Industry certifications (MCSE, VCP, Azure fundamentals) preferred.
