Essential Functions

• Discuss goals with clients (RS&I and Dealers) to strategize for ad and content creation
• Develop social media campaigns that support marketing initiatives
• Develop and maintain a detailed social media calendar
• Research top competitors and trends in clients’ industries
• Stay up to date on social media trends
• Gather insight into audience and report monthly to clients regarding ad performance and suggestions for improvement
• Build and optimize paid media campaigns in channels like Google, YouTube, META, LinkedIn, etc.
• Produce creative and captivating content across platforms
• Write compelling copy that reflects the destination’s brand voice and appeals to target audiences
• Collaborate across the organization to identify destination experts inside and outside the company to collaborate on social-first brand storytelling opportunities
• Manage, nurture and engage social community by interacting with followers by responding to comments, messages and reviews
• Research emerging social trends to uncover brand opportunities to engage in cultural moments
• Use social listening tools to help improve strategies and measure event and key moments impact
• Leverage reporting and analytics to set goals, KPIs and benchmarks (in collaboration with marketing leadership) and report monthly on performance across all platforms.
• Conduct thorough analysis of trends and targeting opportunities
• Analyze ad campaign performance and make necessary adjustments
• All other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• Proven experience of working as a social media specialist in an organization.
• Excellent content creation skills such as writing, designing, and editing.
• In-depth knowledge regarding the functionality of various online marketing channels.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate promotional campaigns.
• Should be a self-starter having a positive attitude towards work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
