Job Summary: Join RS Integrated Supply, a leading global provider of supply chain services, as an Inventory Specialist. This on-site role involves diverse tasks such as receiving, stocking, issuing, inventory management, and client interaction. Your primary responsibility is to efficiently meet client parts and inventory needs, ensuring a seamless supply chain process.
COMPENSATION: $18 - $20 per hour
SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri, Day Shift (7am - 3:30pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety and security procedures, reporting any concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies
- Deliver high-level customer service to internal and external clients
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and SOPs
- Receive and process purchased materials, verifying against packing slip and PO
- Issue materials to clients, stage, kit, and perform tagging as required
- Keep the storeroom organized and support special projects as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
- Willing to obtain forklift certification (we will provide the training)
- Strong interpersonal and phone skills
- Basic computer proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Inventory Management Systems
- Ability to learn and proficiently identify parts
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Adherence to procedures and deadlines
- Strong problem analysis and resolution abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
