The Ridge Foothill is offering a $500 sign-on bonus to experienced Med Techs who come join our Care Team! We have full-time, part-time 2pm – 10pm and 10pm – 6am positions available in our Memory Support Neighborhood.

Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Caregiver at The Ridge Foothill –
- Observe and verify the medication is ingested or applied as directed. Document any instances where prescribed medication is not administered, including reason(s) for refusal and notify supervisor.
- Maintain accurate, complete and confidential resident medication and care records according to established procedure and state law.
- Keep medication carts and areas orderly, clean and appropriately stocked and locked.
- Assist care partners in the performance of their job and assume care partner duties when needed or requested.
Qualification for a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Caregiver at The Ridge Foothill –
- Prior successful experience as a Med Tech.
- Prefer one (1) year of experience providing residential care to the elderly or similar experience.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with an emphasis on establishing and understanding processes with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly effectively with seniors, their family members and staff in a caring, compassionate manner.
- Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with 5-star customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to come to work when scheduled and on time.
