Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of anatomy and physiology to communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, medications, and treatments.
- Monitor and assess patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
Experience:
- Valid nursing license (RN / LPN).
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
