Role Description:
We are hiring a driven HVAC Apprentice to help us install, maintain, and repair heating/cooling systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with system installs and performing maintenance procedures. To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with system installations.
- Assist with system maintenance.
- Assist HVAC technician by picking up and delivering tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Cleaning, organizing, and tracking inventory for HVAC service vehicles and HVAC shop.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Cleaning, adjusting, and aiding in repairing systems and performing warranty services.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
- Self-motivated and able to work with little guidance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
- One or more years of mechanical experience
- Valid driver's license
- HVAC apprentice license
