We’re looking for a Fleet Success Playmaker to lead our Professional Services organization. You’ll guide a talented team of consultants, implementation specialists, and trainers, ensuring every fleet we serve gets world-class onboarding, training, and long-term success.

Base salary for the role is between $115k – $140k a year, based on experience. This is a full-time, hybrid role In Office MWF (WFH available on Tues/Thurs).

We’re looking for a Fleet Success Playmaker to lead our Professional Services organization. You’ll guide a talented team of consultants, implementation specialists, and trainers, ensuring every fleet we serve gets world-class onboarding, training, and long-term success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop three core Professional Services teams: Advisory Services (Consulting & Analytics), Implementation, and Training.
- Align every service engagement to RTA’s mission of Fleet Success, ensuring high impact and scalability.
- Be hands-on: understand the daily realities of consulting, training, and implementation so you can coach, inspire, and influence change.
- Champion process improvements that drive efficiency across departments.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to keep projects on time, in scope, and delivering measurable value.
- Manage the unit economics of Professional Services (cost, revenue, profitability) with an eye toward long-term growth and sustainability.
- Build and nurture executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while addressing underperformance with “kind truth” and accountability.
- Proven leadership in Professional Services, ideally across consulting, training, and implementation teams.
- Experience delivering large-scale SaaS implementations (EAM, ERP, or fleet tech preferred).
- Strong operational and financial management skills: budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and reporting.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable service strategies.
- Skilled communicator who can build confidence at every level—from frontline technicians to C-level execs.
- Natural leader who builds culture, fosters buy-in, and develops people.
- Developing both individual contributors directly and team leads.
- You’re humble and roll up your sleeves and jump in as a player coach when needed.
- You’re smart (EQ) and lean into healthy conflict and hold peers, leaders, and teammates accountable.
- You’re hungry and are always looking to make stuff happen, drive efficiencies, improve experience, and grow both your own and your team’s abilities.
- Hands-on experience in the fleet industry (as a fleet professional or vendor).
- SaaS background in fleet or adjacent industries.
- High-growth SaaS or tech company experience.
- Certifications like PMP, CAFM, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Patrick Lencioni books.
