What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Management Support position at RTI Consulting, LLC?
- RTI is currently seeking an individual for Program Management Support. This position is for a proposal and is a key position. Active, TS/SCI or above clearance. Clearance will be upgraded with a CI after starting work. Contract is 5 years, award expected before the end of the government's first quarter of their fiscal year. Location is in Springfield, VA - on site - no hybrid or remote work.
REQUIRED:
- DAWIA Practitioner Certification in Program Management (or experience, education and training equivalent to a DAWIA Practitioner certification in Program Management).
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience in program management in support of acquisitions with a DAWIA Practitioner certification.
- Strong communication skills with proven capability to provide oral and written presentations.
- Expert knowledge of DoD Program Management procedures.
- Knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
- Proven experience in acquisitions for a variety of products and services.
- Proven ability to assist with strategic-level issues, agile acquisition policies and procedures, acquisition planning, formulating negotiation strategies, analyzing cost and price data, developing negotiation objectives, and negotiating various contract types.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven visual graphics experience (for example but not limited to Process Flow Charts, graphical briefing charts).
