Machine Operator 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 5 AM to 3 PM No weekends

The Napping Machine Operator is responsible for loading the napper machine with fabric, sewing ends together, placing fabric into steamer and unloading full rolls of fabric.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Loading napper machine with fabric
• Sewing ends together for continuous run
• Placing fabric onto steamer
• Unloading full rolls of fabric
• Regularly moving yarn and fabric, bringing fabric to scale, weighing fabric, and recording weights of fabric on tickets
• Performs a variety of material handling and related functions 
• Napper will learn how to operate knitting machines
• Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.
