Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and gardens, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are well-kept and inviting. This role involves a variety of tasks related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, and groundskeeping, requiring both physical stamina and mechanical knowledge.

Duties

• Perform regular lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure a neat appearance.
• Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while ensuring proper care for existing plants.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for various gardening tasks including digging, weeding, and mulching.
• Assist in snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.
• Build and maintain garden beds, ensuring they are healthy and aesthetically pleasing.
• Conduct routine inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify issues such as pests or diseases.
• Maintain equipment in good working order through regular cleaning and basic mechanical repairs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain lawn care equipment effectively.
• Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently for various gardening tasks.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Knowledge of groundskeeping practices and snow plowing techniques is a plus.
• A strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
