Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a S&OP Analyst at Rubicon LLC in Geismar, LA. The S&OP Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Sales and Operations Planning, including demand forecasting, supply chain coordination, inventory management, and performance analysis. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Data Analysis, Forecasting, and Supply Chain Management skills
- Experience with demand forecasting and inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of SAP, Lotus Notes, OMP, HSIMS, and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or related field
- Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry
